Lake Kissimmee is the "anchor" of the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, which includes Hatchineha, Cypress, Tohopekaliga, and East Lake Tohopekaliga.  At 35,000 acres, it is the 3rd largest lake in Floria with a reputation as one of its better bass and panfish lakes.  It is also the most remote of Florida's 10 largest, highly acclaimed bass waters.
