After de-heading, scaling and gutting your pan fish. Fry it up using your favorite breading. When your done use the Fin-clamp to remove the bottom fin by just placing it onto the fin and pulling it out. Now do the same with the top fin. Your fish is now finless. Using the Fish-pic insert it into the fish between the ribcage and fillet work the pic removing the fillet from the ribcage. Repeat the same on the other side of the fish. Now using the side prong on the Fish-pic swipe it over your fillets checking for any bones you may have missed. There you go an easy effortlessly way to have a boneless fillet.
